In a small, cheerful town lived a caring mother named Meera and her three lively children: Anya, Kabir, and little Riya. She showed them two jars: one labeled “Junk Food” and the other “Healthy Food.” Every time they chose a healthy snack like carrots, apples, or yogurt, they added a token to the Healthy Food jar. But if they reached for chips or candies, a token went into the Junk Food jar.

At the end of the day, they would compare the jars. The children quickly learned that healthy snacks not only filled the jar faster but also made them feel more energetic.

At bedtime, Meera told them a story about a little boy named Arjun who loved chocolates and fried snacks. Over time, Arjun began to feel sluggish and often got sick. Then one day, his grandmother introduced him to fruits, nuts, and fresh juices. Within weeks, Arjun felt stronger, could run faster, and was happier.
